Today we had our powerlifitng squad hit safety bar box squats against bands.  10x3 was on the agenda.  After that they performed shrugs heavy, leg curls then heavy abs.  Sleds at the end was optional if time allowed.

I hit my wimpy ass workout of bb shoulder presses then inclement DB bench press.  Making sure not to go too heavy and resting a lot makes each training session boring as hell.  But it is the hand that I have been dealt.  Prob will hit some band pull aparts and abs if time allows before next class.
