Last week we had both basketball teams and the volleyball team show up so I got caught up and forgot to update my log.  I'll keep this short and sweet.  I'm getting ready to go home for lunch so I'm not going to check my training log (notebook) for the specifics.  You'll get the gist of what I did.

Monday: Squat/Press

  • SSB Box Squat: 285x8
  • FBB Press: 65/85/95x5/65x20
  • Pull-ups: 2 sets of 5x3

Not a grat day.  I had a new GA show up so my schedule got all thrown off and I didn't have a lot of time.

Wednesday: Deadlift/Bench

  • Trap Bar: 315x13
  • Bench: 125/145x5/125x7
  • Pull-ups: 2 sets of 5x3
  • KB Row: 2 sets
  • Neck/Traps: 2 sets of each
  • Prowler: 1/2 mile

Friday: Clean

  • Hang Clean: 135/145/155/165/175/185x3
  • Pull-ups: 2 sets Max Reps (I think it was 11 and 9)
  • Fat Mans: 2 sets
  • Traps/Neck: 2 sets
  • Weighted Vest Walk: 2 miles

It was a good week of training, overall.  We're doing NOV II this coming weekend so I'm going to make some adjustments to training this week and keep the ball rolling once I start up again next week.
