SS Yoke Suspended Good Mornings:

Work up to a HEAVY 1 rep.=315 for me.

 

Parallel Box Squat: 5x5x285  While this weight doesn't seem that heavy, I did these with a TREMENDOUS sinus headache after dropping the SS Yoke bar's handle on my big toe.

To say the least, THIS was an interesting morning.
