8am-9am: Registration

9am-10am: Mark Watts: Optimizing Resources for Maximum Performance 

Mark Watts is 5th grade teacher He also serves as an adjunct professor in the College of Professional and Applied Studies at Urbana University. He has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from California University of PA and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Clarion University of PA. Watts has worked with athletes in over 20 different sports at the Division I, II & III levels for over 15 years as a strength & conditioning coach at places such as Denison University, The United States Military Academy at West Point, Allegheny College and Clarion University. Watts competes in both powerlifting and strongman competitions. He is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and is a USMC veteran.

10-11am: Todd Hamer: Training D1 Athletes, Not Lifters

The 2015-16 athletic campaign marks the eighth season for Todd Hamer as head strength and conditioning coach at Robert Morris. Hamer is responsible for designing and implementing programs for each of RMU's 16 Division I intercollegiate sports.  Named head strength and conditioning coach in May of 2007, Hamer went to RMU from George Mason University, where he served in the same capacity since 2004. At George Mason, Hamer was responsible for the women's basketball, women's lacrosse, baseball, women's soccer, softball and women's track and field teams.  A graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor of Science degree, Hamer received a master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to George Mason, Hamer was the head strength and conditioning coach at Marist College from 2002 to 2004. He worked with each of the 23 intercollegiate programs for the Red Foxes.

11am-12pm Corey Gregory:  Mindset Manual

Cory Gregory is the co-founder of MusclePharm®. He is a dietary and nutrition industry leader and top training expert. As a way to save for college, Cory worked as an underground coal miner until he opened a gym at the age of 20. He quickly earned the reputation as an industry expert in personal training and nutrition. He has competed in more than 20 powerlifting competitions and 14 drug-free bodybuilding events. Cory has his Exercise Specialist certificate from Columbus State and is also NESTA nutrition coach certified, Westside Barbell certified and a Cross Fit level 1 trainer . Cory has been featured on the cover of Inside Fitness, Fitness & Physique and Fitness RX magazine. Lastly, Cory was recently added to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s fitness advisory board

Founder of: Westside Barbell(1986), Westside Medical, Westside Sports Nutrition.  1 of 4 people to total Elite status in 5 weight classes; top 10 from 1972-2002; USPF Elite for 37 years from 1973-2011. Holds 9 US patents including; Reverse Hyper, Plyo Swing, Inverse Curl, Hip and Quad Machine, and the Static Dynamic Developer.
