Today our Powerlifting Squad was still sore as hell.  Our rep/set is set up to be very challenging.  Today they hit squats, deficit deads, glute/ham raises, backward sled drags.    Kyle hit his projected opener for squats.  He is having a tough time with his lifts as he has basically done max effort lifts every training session for weeks now.  On top of that is dealing with a hip issue.  Will have to talk with him after this meet and get back to the basics for his next meet.

Las fsr as for myself I have picked up this week another (2) hours college mens soccer, (5) hours 1-1 wrestler, and another (4) for hockey.  It has been a busy and tiring week for myself.  Add the meds I'm on and it makes it very challenging.  I did some light ab work curls and neck today.
