I did some bike work on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday I was up at Wendler's house for training, jamming and movies.

- Pull-aparts: 50
- Trap Bar Deadlift: 225x5/275x5/315x5/3x5@225
- Push-ups: 4x10
- FBB Bench: 195x5/215x5/245x14
- Pull-ups: 8x5 (did these throughout the entire workout)
