I did some bike work on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Thursday I was up at Wendler's house for training, jamming and movies.

  • Trap Bar Deadlift warm-ups: 3x5
  • Ab Wheel: 3x10
  • Pull-aparts: 50
  • Trap Bar Deadlift: 225x5/275x5/315x5/3x5@225
  • Push-ups: 4x10
  • FBB Bench: 195x5/215x5/245x14
  • Pull-ups: 8x5 (did these throughout the entire workout)
