Getting into the heart of football camp and I'm not updating my log daily.  Sometimes work gets in the way.  Been training, though.

Took Wednesday off from the weight room, but went for an hour weight vest walk.

Workout 16

  • FBB Press: 95x5
  • KB Row: 5x10
  • BBB: 10x5@75

Workout 17

  • SSB Box Squat: 260x5
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • BBB: 5x10@205
  • 10 Stadium Sprints (really they were faster than a job, but not quite a trot)

Workout 18

  • FBB Bench: 5x5@145
  • KB ROw: 5x10
  • BBB (straight bar): 5x10@115
  • Neck: 2x20/Shrugs: 2x20
  • 10 Stadium Sprints (later in the afternoon.

Notes:

Everything is feeling pretty good.  I had some issues with my shoulder the last few days.  I stopped doing Push-ups on Squat/Deadlift days.  It's not a big deal, but I don't want it to turn into a big deal.

Anyway, I ended up using the Cambered FBB and turned it upside down (so it was like a 2 board).  That shortened range of motion was what the shoulder needed.  I'll probably finish my last Bench day the same way and then change back to the straight bar for my next cycle.
