As of lately I have been very busy with up coming meets that I'm hosting and for my for clients. Plus programming has picked up. So I squat about once every 7 to 10 days depending on how I feel and whats going on. I feel like i'm making good progress but not great, I plan on turning up the heat this winter and maybe plan a meet in the future. I really can't tell yet. I wanted to do the deadlift only at the Olympia but its too soon.  Anyway here is front squats from last week. Thanks for watching. I feel absolutely no pain in my hip. I believe that I will soon be able to hit  legal squat depth again on regular squats.  Afterwards I did Leg press 4x15, GHR 4X10.
