Tuesday I got in 20 minutes on the bike followed by steak.

Wednesday

  • Split Squat: 5x5
  • Push-ups: 5x10
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • 10 Minute Pull-ups Challenge: 53

I was happy with 53 after doing 25 in the circuit.  My back will be bad tomorrow when I have to squat.  Good planning.
