Really good week.  I took 3, 1 mile walks.  My schedule is finally at a point where there's no excuse I can come up with not to do conditioning, so...

I'm really enjoying the Volume Cycle.  I have this week and next, then I go on vacation.  I'll do some "testing" next week to see where I am.  When I come back I may just go right back into a Volume Cycle.  I feel good and I'm making progress.

Of course I feel good, I'm making progress and all I can think about is changing things.  You'd think at this point I'd know better.  But, I'm trying to figure out how to make changes without drastically changing, which to me, should be the goal.  From a semantics view, it's evolution, not change.  We'll see if I can get it right.
