1. Easy to set up - These are a lot easier to set up than the Pro Bands. You don't need to loop them a bazillion times.

2.  No need for platform band deadlifts - Believe it or not, you can just place your feet inside the bands and get the same effect.

3. Balanced tension - The tension remains balanced while doing your lifts.

4. Heavier ones have a wider base - This is compared to double-looping or quad-looping the bands, which can cause them to shred.
