Great for developing power in the upper body and hips. This movement should mimic a sledge hammer swing.

Mistakes often made are little to no use of the legs. The legs should work with the upper body to snap the bands down.

Great for wrestlers.

If bands are set up around a gym, attached to pull up bars, a very intense circuit can be set up with 15 seconds allotted to each movement.

snap downs, rows, pull ups, push ups, knee tuck jumps, sprints, REPEAT for 6 minutes non stop.

The snap down can be performed to each side of the body as well as center. Wrestlers may naturally step one foot back as they snap down to mimic an actual snap down.
