Dead Stop Partial Dips

The partial dip is one of Ted's favorite movements to help build up his bench.  By going from a dead stop it really forces you to produce a big force to get moving.  For anyone with shoulder problems but love doing dips, this might be a great alternative for you.  Set up the box at a height that's challenging but doesn't give you any shoulder pain.  Give them a shot and let us know what you think
