Elitefts™ Director of Education Mark Watts introduces a Prowler™ conditioning circuit ideal in a team setting when multiple Prowlers are used with a minimum amount of space.

This circuit involves four different "legs" and does not require the athlete to spin the Prowler. This circuit can also be performed in relatively short distances and still simulate the appropriate work to rest ratios for a variety of energy system development protocols.

4x1 Circuit

  1. Low Handles
  2. Reaching Through on High Handles
  3. High Handles
  4. Poles

Variables used to progressively overload Prowler conditioning

  • Increase weight added to prowler
  • Increase distance pushed
  • Decrease rest interval
  • Increase total volume
  • Change to mechanical disadvantage (bent arms or longer strides)
