Front Raises with Kettle Bells

This movement is performed the same way you would a standard dumbbell front raise except you will be using Kettle bells. The difference is how the weight is distributed. This change in distribution can have a big difference is how you feel the movement. For many shoulder pain they would feel with dumbbells is no longer there with Kettle bells. Other lifters will tell us they just like "the feel" better.

To do this stand with the bells to your sides and raise until your arm are in a horizontal position to the floor then lower.

There is no need to go into a swinging fit to to get get the bells up. We are working the front delts here not the lower back so chill out and lower the weight.
