When Elite FTS pro athlete Molly Edwards wants to avoid knee pain, but still strives for good quality sets of squats she refers to front squatting.

Front squats are a tremendous leg exercise that should be part of everyone's core leg exercise routine. The Front Squat targets the quadriceps like no other exercise. The front squat places more emphasis on the quadriceps muscle because of the barbell being in front of you instead of behind you like a standard squat.

In these two videos Molly demonstrates her front squat routine.

The Workout:

135x5

145x5x5

To complete this workout you will need a squat bar.
