The double bar version loads the rotation more and, on this version, I definitely prefer the natural rotation of the feet.
This can be added to part of an overall circuit with the double bar grappler movements.
For example, try 30 seconds of the following movements non stop with two bars in the grappler:
1A) see saw presses
1B) front squats
1C) flys
1D) double rotations
1E) push presses
That will be 2.5 minutes of non-stop work. Try it first with an empty barbell and then use smaller jumps in weight, preferably 5 - 10 lbs on each side.
Shoot for 3 rounds with 1 or 1.5 minutes rest after each set.
Hit some strength work first, then finish with your grappler circuits.
