Lunge On Elevated Box

This is a variation of a lunge that is done with the front foot placed on an elevated box. Make sure you keep a good arch in your low back and to secure the box against something so it does not move when you push into it. This exercise will help develop your quads, hamstrings and glutes. It can be done with dumbbells or with a barbell on your back.
