Spider Bar Squats

Using the Spider Bar for squats is tremendous for developing huge amounts of core strength and stability in the hole.  The bar having handles like a safety squat bar also allow you to take the strain off your shoulders, which is often a necessity.  You can continue to train with a cambered bar and go easy on your shoulders.  Your legs might not know the difference between this and a normal box squat, but your aching shoulders will!
