1. Assign your question to a specific staff member. All staff members have their own “bucket” for questions they can view. This will be the first place they check.
  2. Try to be as specific as possible and keep the question as short as possible. I am going to sound like a jerk here. However, please keep in mind most of the staff is just like you guys and gals out there. We all have jobs, spouses, and kids as well. If your question is very lengthy to read, it is less likely to get answered.
  3. We can answer general rehab questions, but not the ones that involve medical advice. We can answer something along the lines of, “my back is sore after my deadlift workout, what should I do?” If your question starts with anything like: I had an MRI, I had an Xray, my Doctor told me, or anything else that is a true medical issue, the staff cannot answer it. First, your best course of action is to find a good medical practitioner who can really help you. Second, we cannot answer these as a liability issue.
  4. Proof read your question. As a project for Dave I went through 6 months of questions that were not answered. A large majority of those questions were not answered because I could not figure out what your actual question was. We understand you are excited and want information. But, take a minute to re-read your question prior to submitting it. Make sure your question is clearly stated and we will be able to understand what it is you are asking.
  5. It is fine to ask for multiple opinions on a question. But, you will need to submit the question to each specific staff member whose opinion you want. In other words, you may have to submit your question more than once.
  6. Please keep the profanity to a minimum. Those who know me will certainly tell you that I am not a saint. But, EFS is a business and we want to keep the Q&A as professional as possible. Our goal is to provide you with the best information possible, but we don’t want to offend anyone.
  7. The Q&A staff cannot answer customer service or equipment questions. This is best done by contacting EFS via phone or submitting your question to the In House Staff.
  8. The new Q&A format should be coming soon. It will be much more user friendly and allow you guys to be more involved in the questions. We are all very excited about this as it will give the users much more access to information. When this comes we are really looking forward to you guys participating more.  So, please be as active as possible.
  9. If you are going to submit a video of your lifting for review, please ensure the link is accurate and works.
  10. Please keep in mind that the Q&A staff members are not paid employees of EFS. We volunteer our time to help you. We enjoy doing this as many people helped us along the way. With that in mind, remember the Q&A is provided to you by EFS. All we ask in return is you support EFS and look for your product needs with us first. Thank you!
