In this interview I team up with kettlebells expert Joe Daniels. Joe is an ex-bodybuilder who got into kettlebells to improve his functionality. In this interview we discuss the commonalities in our philosophies on training and human movement despite the fact we compete in different sports.

Much can be learned for seeing what is common between sports and what concepts transcend discipline. Joe competes and coaches Kettlebell Sport and is the owner of Swing This Kettlebell and Strength Gym in Covington Kentucky.  

We specifically address methods for staying in touch with your body and the importance of practicing perfection. This is part one of a three-part interview series.
