The Overall winner of the Men's Open Bodybuilding Class will go on a three day, two night trip with me to meet the man they call 'Mountaindog'! You'll spend the three days, hanging out, eating, picking our brains but most of all we are going to try and get every last drop of effort out of you in the gym!
One of the days will be spent at the famous elitefts gym where the freaks of freaks train. While you're there you will be able to buy whatever elitefts gear that you may have seen online or in videos!
