What: A hands on clinic to teach military and athlete’s how to tap into their full running potential. Learn skills to increase performance and prevent overuse injuries.

Why:
It is not uncommon for candidates or recruits to struggle in OCS or boot camp due to difficulty with running. For some, overuse injuries during this critical point in their career can be devastating. For others chasing a higher PFT score, running times can make or break the selection process. All runners at some point in their career suffer from overuse injuries. Good news, correcting running form is a win- ‐win, overuse injuries become a thing of the past and running times improve dramatically.
