Advisors John Meadows and Shelby Starnes, and columnist Derek Dolgner hit the stage this 4th of July weekend. Meadows and Dolgner will be in New Jersey at the NPC Universe where competitors in masters classes (over-35, over-40, over-50) and in the men's open division (overall winner) have the chance to earn their pro cards.

Shelby Starnes competes at the 2015 IFBB Wings of Strength Chicago Pro in the Men's 212 class. He'll be lining the stage with pro's Oliver Adzievski, Brad Davis, Guy Dacasse, Michael Ergas, Deik Farnsworth, Hunni Glanville, Darron Glenn, Tricky Jackson, Craig Licker, Freddie McCray, Kevin Ofurum, Craig Richardson, and Quincy Winklaar. Instead of pre-stage pics from the locker room or bedroom mirror, Shelby writes this on his Facebook page before he travels to Chicago:
I want to thank everyone for the kind words and well wishes as I head into this competition weekend.
I have a ton of amazing clients competing as well, and I'm grateful for every one of them, and grateful for their trust and hard work.
