First it was tight shorts, then single ply suit, briefs and then double ply anything. The new age of squatting requires that you squat with your hooded sweatshirt on. The hood allows for maximum head coverage and warmth. Also, this allows you from making eye contact with anyone. This is a big plus.
But the main reason why I love squatting with a hooded sweatshirt on is because when that hood is up, it's just me and the bar. It's like I'm in this cocoon of rage and strength and the hood keeps me locked up.
