Designed for athletes who want the benefits of farmer's walks without dedicating space to large specialty implements, these innovative handles transform standard weight plates into a portable, adjustable farmer carry system.
Whether you're training in a home gym, commercial facility, or traveling, the Traveling Farmers Walk Handles allow you to perform heavy carries using plates you already own. Simply attach the durable straps to 45-pound or 100-pound plates, adjust the height to your preference, and start building full-body strength.
Unlike fixed farmer's walk handles, the rotating handle design creates an additional challenge by forcing the hands, wrists, and forearms to stabilize throughout the carry. This increased instability dramatically improves grip strength while simultaneously developing the traps, upper back, hips, core, and lower body.
Each handle features a steel core covered with a textured rubber grip measuring 6" x 1.5". The rubber coating provides a secure hold without tearing up your hands during heavy training sessions. Combined with industrial-grade slide buckles and heavy-duty straps, the system is built to handle more weight than most athletes can carry.
