If you are a “millennial” or, like me, a person from another generation who has become beguiled by the power and comfort of the internet and the society that it has engendered, I want to revisit the value of “the long haul.” World = Fast, Gym=Slow.
For 2018, I am thankful for a handful of things from the gym that I will always remember—things that to this day help me keep perspective and clarity in business and life.
There’s nothing that will ever replace good old-fashioned hard work and practice. Not only that, this is where your life happens one plateau at a time.
If you could go back 10, 15, or 20 years in the past, what would you say? What advice for life would you share?
This isn’t rocket science people. Stop complicating every damn process and start simplifying.
You inevitably need to change up what you’re doing after stalled progress. What do you change? How do you go about deciding what to keep and what to remove?
