Over the past couple months working on my technique with my bench my gains have been amazing. Don't let anyone every tell you technique does not matter, it does. I hit a 10 Lb bench P.R. tonight, I finally know how it's supposed to feel on a regular basis. No more hit and miss, it needs to feel tight all the time.

My shoulder was sore tonight so I called it at this, being smart when training after recovering from injury is the right thing to do.
