 I was feeling good enough this day to get some good training in again and went back to some lighter lower body stuff. I was still a tad sore from two days prior, but I just made some decent choices and ran with stuff that was all close to each other in the weight room. I'll be having a couple of days off anyways so I wanted to get something in to try to keep a decent schedule started for the time being.
