View this post on Instagram No bar on my back for 8 to 12 weeks depending. The nerve injury needs to breathe and I need function back. So belt squats with the KB will become my best friend! It goes back to what we've heard before. We will always "do whatever it takes" until it takes something we really don't want to do. Then it's the hardest thing in the world.
