Quick Friday night bench session, working on staying tight and getting back my groove, almost 6 months post shoulder surgery.

145 Lbs x 1, two other attempts but no good. Coach jumped me 20 lbs on this, maybe a bit much but I got one up.

95 Lbs & 60 Lbs of chains 3/3  (this is really deceiving, heavy at top, light at bottom then heavy half way up to lockout, great training tool)

Shoulder started to feel fatigued so I called it, I will do my accessories tomorrow.

Bench is feeling better and I'm getting more confident, 8 weeks out RPS Nationals.
