I'm still feeling pretty good post meet and wanted to feel some heavy weight in my hands so I bench with the shoulder saver vs elitefts mini bands elitefts mini bands elitefts mini bands

Bench Press- all sets with red shoulder saver and mini bands.

It was obviously pretty heavy at the top. I need to do more stuff like this to get my nervous system used to handling some big (for me) weights. I plan to keep this set up at least a could more times in the next 6 weeks.

Drop set - same setup

275 lbs x 3x10 - the last set I barely locked out the last rep. I didn't take too much time in between so I was pretty exhausted from that. So my accessories were light and fast.
