My plan for today was to work up to a heavy triple raw. We also used straps to help overload. 700lbs was the number I had in my head for my final triple. I was pretty confident I could do it. Fuck was I wrong. I only got it once the first time I tried, I went again and only got a single once more. I need to make sure my ego checks at the door the rest of this prep. I can't be missing lifts in training, I wont.
