Finally a good bench session giving me the confidence in all three lifts and still lots of time to train, well not really, only a few weeks but that's ok, my lifts at my next meet won't be P.R.'s but post surgery they will. Rebuilding after a serious surgery is a hard thing to do, doing it right is even harder. I will come back even strong(her) than before !
