I got word yesterday that I can't go to USS nats this weekend due to conflicts with my school schedule.  I will not expound on this here, but suffice to say that after training and dieting for the last 5 months, this feels like a part of me was ripped away and now I don't know what to do and I have this hollow, empty feeling that I can't shake.  So when life throws you bukakke party, sometimes you just gotta go with the flow an clean up the mess afterward.  I'll continue with my planned deload this week and then move on to my next training block starting next week.
