Now that I've given my body some rest after the APF Summer Bash, I've began to have some medial knee pain in my right knee. I'm still training hard, but I'm focusing on keeping my low back healthy and addressing my knee issues as well. The goal for 2017 is to end the year completely healthy and have a solid base to build a real training cycle on.

Monday morning I got in some leg training between some of my clients. I really pushed the pace and tried to hammer a lot of single leg work to limit the weight I would be using on things. I got some good blood flow in and was excited based on how my hip and back were feeling. I love some simple training like this and the ability to check out mentally for a good 60 minutes or so.
