I squatted to a box at parallel with a buffalo bar. We used elitefts average bands doubled over.

Next week I will use the same set up and add a mini band doubled over and squat the same weight for a triple again.

Accessory work:
Box "Fire outs" - I've never done these before , we used the same box and band set up with 135 on the bar and squatted and tried to fire off the box 6 inches or so the right back down and do your set as quickly as possible. These left my glutes and inner thighs so sore after 3x15.
