That is 8,000 lbs in squats alone, geeeezzz no wonder I was tired.

DEADLIFT BLOCK PULLS

W/U off floor 146 lbs x 5

206 Lbs x 5

296 Lbs x 5/5/5

6,200 lbs in deadlifts, again no wonder I was so tired and hot.

Accessories from hell these moves were a superset 4 rounds in total.

Belt Squats 90 Lbs x 30/30/30/30  = 10,800 lbs in belt squats

GHR’s x 10 then 10 Back raises with 2 x 26 lb Kettlebells then 20 setups on GHR x 4 rounds

KETTLEBELL SWINGS X A MILLION or maybe 20/30

Wow, I have not sweated this much for a long long time. This finisher training was too much like cardio, I should have checked my heart rate, I was certain I was going to die.

I’m not complaining about the heat but it makes you feel sick when you train this hard. Training with Shantel tonight was great, it’s nice to have a training partner to drive and motivate you, all while living, learning and passing on.
