Some days I wonder how I keep going. I think training is a great stress relief for me. After our 1 hour kettlebell class I did my powerlifting training with my new training partner Shantel. She is getting ready for her first meet in Sept and I am starting my Worlds prep. We feed off each other and it's a great motivator to have someone push you back.

Besides the heat my training felt great tonight. I really think I am going to have a great training cycle for the World's which will begin solid next week. My Daughter's wedding is this Saturday and I am so excited for this day.
