Just hitting the weaknesses yet again. These show no mercy for me, my triceps fatigue out so quickly but I am getting better at them.
The weight loss is also playing a role, but I'm confident I will have held onto a a lot of strength when transitioning back to competition style. We are 13 weeks out right now so it is going to be very soon, and very fun!
