I’m currently in meet prep for the 2015 IPA Grand Prix Nationals at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on October 24th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

This is the last bit of conditioning and recovery work I will have before the meet. I kept things rather light and just tried to get in some good walking. I know this isn't the most exciting stuff, I will say that it's help tremendously from session to session since I've started implementing it.
After the meet I'll probably do some more walking for the first week after, then I will begin to game plan from what I see at the meet that needs extra work and probably dedicate a day or two to those, along with one day of walking. I will say that I'm glad I'll get a bit of a break from so much treadmill work. Walking outside is great, but with the weather cooling down, these sessions are slowly becoming none existent.
