As mentioned in an earlier blog, the amount of exercises has decreased since the end of last cycle and it was explained why (during each phase new means are added in) so looking at the workout via text seems short. I assure you it was not with the prescribed sets and reps. The majority of the movements hit some area of the back which I really need, so today I focused really hard on quality contractions during these movements.
