Today was a packed day so I needed to get a workout in early. I hit up the local "Rec" center with my girlfriend today and dragged her through my CTP training, which is always fun cause it kills her. This session ended brutally and probably would have been a lot worse if a hack squat was available. We utilized the smith machine with a stance placing our feet far out infant of us, this was a brutal finish to the training day.
