Disclaimer: EliteFTS Team member David Allen writes all of my programming, The exercises listed in these posts' are designed for me based on my needs as an athlete.

Training started out with Goodmornings, fancy that, one of the exercises I am the weakest at. Just to back that statement up my heaviest set of four was 245 on a yoke bar. To attempt in saving my ego just a little bit it was without a belt and for two sets with a minute break. After reading that it did nothing for my ego or the fact that I still am terrible at them, lol.

So the dominant movements today were lat movements, "Dante Rows" were programmed in today and I was unfamiliar with this movement. So I did the most logical thing (besides asking my coach what the best way to do these are) and asked my favorite bodybuilder in the gym (also feature image) Thomas Lacke.

*Side note* I am grateful we have good bodybuilders in the gym and willing to help with stuff such as this, I hate that he set it up in a way that fucking destroyed my lats!!!! To add to the pain he decided to join me and make sure I was not slacking on this movement, I did not want to chase this pain and he made me... thanks!
