Double Bell Shrugs 30 Seconds

Double Straight Legged Bent Over Rows 30 Seconds

Rest 1 min repeat x 5 rounds 

Remember on your highpulls to really squeeze the upper back and traps. On your bent over rows, slow going down feel the weight engage your lats. If you have access to a few pairs of different size doubles this would be when you can use them. You know your body and when you can go heavier. Remember it’s a challenge, the last few reps should be burning.
