Tonight's tabata  training was high intensity interval training where you go hard for 20 seconds, take a 10 second break and repeat for 4 mins. Take a quick 30 second break then start again. Picking the right exercises can be challenging but try mixing it up. This time we repeat the same move for 4 mins. Hence the "Death by Kettlebell" title.

Monday nights is team training night. Right now we are off season so I am trying hard to keep it fun and effective for everyone. We are addicted to Tabata's right now. Change is always good and the hour class goes really fast using this method of training. Our metabolic conditioning will improve greatly.
