Block 3, Week 6, Day 1 - ME OH
Well, I got taught a lesson by the American Bar today. Going from the log to the AmBar is like switching from regular deadlifts to deficit deadlifts. Additionally, the balance (or maybe just my wrist and shoulder stability) on the AmBar is much worse than on the log. The upshot of all this is that I can barely split jerk more on the AmBar than I can push press, which is pretty pathetic.
