Current total: 830.5 at 132 lb BW - Florida State and National Record Holder in Junior and Open Women's Raw division

Qualified National Strongman competitor and will be competing  in Nationals this coming October to qualify for The Arnold in 2016

Nothing exciting to be honest, just fairly light lifting nonrelated to my strongman training. I didn't work on any implements but rather I went into the gym and I asked myself "what do I feel like training" and did just that. Strongman prep started back up this week.

Box squats 225lbs - 10 x 1

Deloaded to 135lbs with the Pro Short Monster Mini Resistance Band - 4 x 5

Sand bag lunges 3 x 100 ft.

Sled pulls 3 x 100 ft.

Abs and oblique work: Ab roller 3 x 10, Side pulls (across the body)with the mini bands 3 x 15

Bench - 165lbs - 6 x 1

Deloaded to 135lbs with the elitefts™ Shoulder Saver Pad - 6 x 6

Incline DB presses (alternating) - 3 x 15

Side laterals super set with tricep kickbacks 3 x 10

Abs and oblique work

Deadlifts -

315 x 2, 325 x 1, 335 x 1

Deloaded to 225 for 1 x 10 (conventional)

Finished off with max reps in 30 seconds with 225lbs (conventional)

I felt overwhelmed so deadlifts were much needed that day and it helped with the stress momentarily. I always appreciate these days because it allows you to escape and recharge from whatever you're dealing with. It also saves you from doing something wrong, like drop kicking someone in the throat. There are always alternatives.
