So a whole shit pot ful of pressing volume yet again to attack that fatigue tolerance with my upper body. The duffalo bar is alwaysa very difficult variation for me, as it has a larger ROM, and the weight sitting lower than the hands it fries the triceps. It is difficult but it always pays off for me later in meet prep.

You can see the necessity of hitting these triceps with free weight extension exercises as I absolutely die by the end of these sessions.
