As you can see, this session is pretty much entirely free weight extension biased upper body movememtns. I fatigue incredibly quickly on these as my upper body is very much fast twitch dominated. I have to devrease the weight very fast, even on normally strong movements like the comp bench.
By focusing on this low fatigue tolerance, and building it up prior to starting a more competition specific block in a few weeks, I will be able to eek out more colume and more stimulus when it matters most, when I am starting my session with a competition movement.
